We counsel clients throughout Miami-Dade County on commercial real estate financing for a wide-array of projects including: vacant land, industrial parks, mixed-use projects, office buildings, shopping centers, strip malls, hotels, commercial condominiums, and apartment buildings. We advise on interim and permanent commercial mortgage loans, as well as workouts and asset repositioning. Our real estate finance team has also structured mezzanine financing and arranged the subordination of shareholder debt to make way for institutional financing.
Bank’s may from time to time sell or assign, in whole or in part, or grant participations in, commercial real estate loans. Our Firm can handle any such sale, assignment or participation.

Properly documenting a commercial finance transaction is a momentous task. Loan Commitment Letters, Promissory Notes, Mortgages, Assignments of Leases Rents and Profits, UCC Financing Statements, Security Agreements, Cross Collateralization and Cross Default Agreements, Revolving Lines of Credit, Stand By Letters of Credit, and Loan Agreements take time to draft, especially when each must be tailored to each transaction. We recognize and accept this responsibility and pride ourselves in accurately and properly drafting the required loan documentation, so as to reflect the agreement between the Lender and the Borrower
